What Ohio requires

- A score of at least 70% on the course final exam, completed without assistance. You'll sign a short affidavit confirming this before the exam.
- Your completion certificate is valid for 180 days. Pass your state exam within that window.

Which courses do I need for an Ohio Life & Health license?
Ohio requires 20 hours of pre-licensing education for each line of authority. For Life and Health you need both the Life course and the Accident & Health course (40 hours total, $139.98).
